Welcome to Taykoon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Taykoon Stock Recommendation App (the "App") and any related services provided by Taykoon (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Taykoon is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial analyst. The App provides opinions based on a proprietary algorithm for informational purposes only.
Investment involves risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
1. Description of Service
Taykoon provides stock market analysis, scoring, and recommendations based on technical and fundamental indicators. We offer both free (BASIC) and paid (PREMIUM) subscription tiers.
2. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store using RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms of the respective platform.
- Free Trials: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's store settings.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary algorithm of the App.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of financial regulations.
- Circumvent any subscription locks or security features.
- Distribute or sell the recommendations provided by the App to third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including the Taykoon logo, analysis engine, scoring algorithm, and UI design, is the exclusive property of Taykoon and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taykoon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any investment losses you may incur. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
